Danang Sculpture Symposium 2010
From 10 to 20/11/2010, Danang Sculpture Foundation coordinated with the Danang Union of Literature and Arts Associations and Fine Arts Association to hold the Danang Sculpture Camp 2010. The camp was to facilitate local to create sketches for outdoor sculptures for the city. 11 sculptors leading by Mr. Luu Danh Thanh, Deputy Chairman of the National Sculpture Council of Vietnam’s Fine Arts Association and other 2 sculptors from Hanoi, 1 from Hue city, 1 from Quang Nam province and 6 in Danang) participated the camp.
After 10 hard and enthusiastic working days, 11 authors completed 19 sketches with different styles and topic such as sea, love, human condition, of which 12 sketches of good quality evaluated by the Art Council.
